The People's Choice

Thank you to everyone that came out to support and help raise money for Ascending to Health Respite Care. Local craft breweries & local chefs teamed up in the 1st annual Grilled Cheese Fest with Craft Beer Pairings. The event was well attended and help raise money for a great cause.

We at Nano 108 were paired up with the founder of the local non-profit Seeds Community Cafe, Lyn Harwell. Lyn provided his creation of "Grown Up Grilled Cheese." This delicious grilled cheese included: Colby Jack Cheese, Shredded beef brisket, caramelized red onions, & Arugula on Sourdough Boulangerie Sour Dough Bread. To pair with Lyn's Grown Up Grilled Cheese, we brought our German Dopplebock. “Doppel” meaning “double,” was a beer originally made by monks in Munich. This beer is full bodied and rich in mellanoidins reminiscent of toasted bread.

If you were unable to attend the fest, don't sweat it! We still have our German Dopplebock flowing that we tapped for American Craft Beer week. (May 15th-21st) Did you miss out on American Craft Beer Week as well? There is still time to swing by Nano 108 to try some of the 7 brand new beers we tapped to make this the best American Craft Beer Week ever.

We partnered with select local businesses for American Craft Beer Week. Please visit one of these participating locations to try these new beer tappings. Our Blueberry Cream Ale will be on tap Monday, May 15th @ 6pm at these fine establishments.

The Blueberry Cream Ale is tapped and pouring! Census says, "A must have!" Delicious and light, this beer was a great choice to start American Craft Beer Week off right!

Try it at our taproom or two of our local beverage partners 503W and Bingo Burger!

Tonight is Flight night here at Nano 108. Choose any four (4) beers off our menu and create your own flight. Too many options? Let us do the creating for you by choosing one of our suggested flights.

Don't forget- Roll up food truck is here with their amazing menu. Featured item: Blueberry Cream Ale Churros with cinnamon dusting. YUM!

Remy Martin Cognac barrel aged Sight Challenged Hog IPA

Today at 2 pm we will be tapping our Remy Martin Cognac barrel aged Sight Challenged Hog IPA.

This is our second Remy Martin barrel release and we are really excited. This beer is 8.50% ABV of intense alcohol, heavy wood tannins and a firm hop bitterness. We have aged this beer to mellow the effects. It's still very full and complex. Come try one while it lasts!
